Great location right in the heart of the city! 🌟 It's super easy to get around, being close to downtown and a subway station.

The room I stayed in was spotless, it had 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Central heating, coffee/tea making facilities, and a work desk turned out to be good

The location is absolutely perfect and excellent, within short walking distance of everywhere we needed. the single room had central heating, coffee and tea making equipment, and a work desk. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the staff there were very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at Guest House Exito in Madrid. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Despite some minor issues with the windows not closing perfectly, we were not bothered by any noise from outside. I would highly recommend Guest House Exito for a great stay in Madrid.

My stay was really comfortable here. The hotel was FAMILY-friendly and the location was perfect just off subway station. Very amiable and really kind staff, as it had to be. A huge plaza was not too far from the property, loved its location in the centre of Madrid.

our recent stay in madrid exceeded expectations. guest house exito provided the perfect balance of comfort, value, and hospitality. the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our happiness and even provided fans without us asking. the coffee was excellent and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. highly recommend for solo travelers.
